What are the Gatsby Benchmarks?
The Gatsby Benchmarks are embedded within our Careers Programme which is reviewed and evaluated at regular intervals.
The benchmarks were developed on behalf of the Gatsby Foundation by Sir John Holman. They define what world class careers provision in education looks like and provide a clear framework for organising the careers provision at our school and sixth form meeting the requirements for the OFSTED Inspection. Our most recent inspection identified the careers provision as being GOOD.
