Arrangements for collection of A Level & GCSE Examination Certificates
Please see below for information on how to collect your summer 2025 examination certificates.
A Level (Year 13) certificates may be collected from reception at the Thurston Sixth campus between 9.30am - 3pm and 4pm - 4.30pm on weekdays from Monday 8 December 2025. Please note this is during term time only.
GCSE certificates may be collected from Visitor Reception, Thurston Campus between 9.30am - 3pm and 4pm - 4.30pm on weekdays from Wednesday 7 January 2026. Please note this is during term time only. Current Year 12 students may pick their certificates up from Thurston Sixth reception.
If you are unable to collect your certificates yourself then the person collecting them must have a signed letter, from you, authorising the collection on your behalf. They will also need proof of identity i.e. passport or driving licence. Alternatively, if you have a sibling at Thurston Community College, they may collect the certificates on your behalf with your written permission.
Please note that we are legally obliged to hold certificates for one year only and after that they may be destroyed. Any costs of providing replacements in the future will have to be met by you.
