Arrangements for collection of A Level & GCSE Examination Certificates

Summer 2024 examination certificates are now ready for collection.

GCSE certificates may be collected from Visitor Reception at the Thurston Campus between 09:30 - 15:00 and 16:00 - 16:30 on weekdays from Wednesday 08 January 2025.  Please note this is during term time only. Current Year 12 students may pick their certificates up from Thurston Sixth Reception.

A Level (Year 13) certificates may be collected from Reception at Thurston Sixth Beyton Campus between 09:30 - 15:00 and 16:00 - 16:30 on weekdays from Wednesday 08 January 2025.  Please note this is during term time only.

If you are unable to collect your certificates yourself then the person collecting them must have a signed letter, from you, authorising the collection on your behalf.  They will also need proof of identity (i.e. passport or driving licence). Alternatively, if you have a sibling at Thurston Community College, they may collect the certificates on your behalf with your written permission.

Please note that we are legally obliged to hold certificates for one year only and after that they may be destroyed. Any costs of providing replacements in the future will have to be met by you.
